Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link will be sent. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for all European countries served by Quandea.
For countries outside Europe, additional shipping fees may apply depending on the destination and local regulations.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the time of year. Below are the average estimated delivery times:

  • Spain: up to 15 business days
  • Belgium: up to 21 business days
  • France: up to 17 business days
  • Germany: up to 17 business days
  • Austria: up to 17 business days
  • Bulgaria: up to 1 month
  • Croatia: up to 21 business days
  • Estonia: up to 18 business days
  • Finland: up to 20 business days
  • Greece: up to 20 business days
  • Hungary: up to 17 business days
  • Italy: up to 17 business days
  • Latvia: up to 19 business days
  • Lithuania: up to 19 business days
  • Luxembourg: up to 16 business days
  • Malta: up to 19 business days
  • Portugal: up to 19 business days
  • Slovenia: up to 19 business days
  • Slovakia: up to 16 business days
  • Romania: up to 19 business days
  • Czech Republic: up to 20 business days

For some countries (Denmark, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden), Quandea do not propose any products.

4. Order Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number, allowing customers to check the delivery status at any time. The tracking link is sent automatically by email once the order is dispatched.

5. Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within 45 business days, please contact our customer support at support@quandea.comfor assistance or a possible refund.
Quandea cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs checks, logistical disruptions, sanitary crises, or peak seasonal periods.

6. Packaging and Environmental Impact

All products are shipped in recyclable and secure packaging, designed to protect your items during transport while minimizing environmental impact.
